Songs Management is one more very useful form which you will see many times till you import the main part of songs in HotRadio. It is the form that allows “powerfull” users to see all the songs, edit all the data, do special jobs as start-stop measurement, normalization, or even erase them. At the same time it offers a many other facilities regarding the right system check, the “lost” mp3 files, mp3 files that don’t correspond to any entry and other resembling tools. |
| Advertisement and Spot Manager
is the form that allows us to check or edit all the spot entries. The form opens form the Central Screen menu or button. At the centre of this form, there is a big table in which you can see all the entries (adv ir spot), depending on what we have selected from the small blue buttons (tabs) on the top of table. |

Lets deal a little with what (and how) our station plays on air. How can we declare to our computer that we want at 20.00 to play the playlist named (for example) Pop1 and immediately after that, to select automatically (for example) Pop, Acoustic songs from 1999-2002. This work is been done from the
Program Manager. We can schedule daily program, from Monday till Sunday per 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the our station requirements. |
